DRAFT — review with counsel before relying on this.

Mutual confidentiality

We know you may share early-stage, sensitive ideas in a Discovery Session. This is our good-faith confidentiality commitment for that conversation.

The commitment

  • We keep your information confidential. What you share — your concepts, plans, materials, and business details — is treated as confidential. We do not disclose it to third parties (outside the subprocessors needed to run the service) and we do not reuse your concepts for other clients.
  • You keep ours confidential too. Any non-public methods, materials, or pricing we share with you are likewise confidential.

Reasonable exceptions

This does not cover information that is already public, that a party already knew, that is independently developed without using the other's confidential information, or that must be disclosed by law.

Scope

This is a mutual good-faith commitment covering the Discovery stage. A formal non-disclosure agreement accompanies any subsequent paid engagement.
