Terms of Service
These terms cover the paid Discovery Session you book through this site. By booking, you agree to them.
The Discovery Session
The Discovery Session is a one-hour paid consultation for $999. You receive focused time plus a preliminary scope and quote. It is an exploratory engagement — it is not a commitment by either party to a further project, and any estimate provided is preliminary.
Payment, rescheduling & refunds
Payment is collected via Stripe at the time of booking. [Refund policy — e.g. "Fully refundable up to 48 hours before the session; non-refundable thereafter."] [Reschedule policy — e.g. "You may reschedule once with 24 hours' notice."]
Confidentiality
Both parties treat the other's non-public information as confidential, as described in our confidentiality commitment.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the ideas and materials you bring. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, tools, and know-how. Any deliverables and their ownership for a subsequent engagement are addressed in that engagement's separate agreement.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The session and any preliminary materials are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
