Terms of Service
These terms cover the paid Discovery engagements you book through this site — Standard and Blueprint. By booking, you agree to them.
The Discovery engagements
This site offers two paid Discovery engagements:
- Standard — $1,000. A one-hour consultation. You receive focused time plus a preliminary scope and quote for a single app, tool, or AI capability.
- Blueprint — $2,500. A deeper engagement for multi-system builds. You receive a deep, sectioned scope document, an interactive wireframe of the proposed interface, and an integration and hardware map with a phased build plan.
Both are exploratory engagements — neither is a commitment by either party to a further project, and any estimate or quote provided is preliminary. Discovery fees are credited toward a subsequent build if you proceed to one.
Payment, rescheduling & refunds
Payment is collected via Stripe at the time of booking. Your booking is fully refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session and non-refundable thereafter. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat the other's non-public information as confidential, as described in our confidentiality commitment.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the ideas and materials you bring. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, tools, and know-how. Any deliverables and their ownership for a subsequent engagement are addressed in that engagement's separate agreement.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The session and any preliminary materials are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
